How to Order from Us:
We have built our business on honesty and service every since we began our business in 1993. Our policy is to try to satisfy all customers within reason. Everything in this catalog is returnable except magic tricks, tapes, and cds. If any of these three mentioned items were to be defective, they will be replaced with an identical item. Magic tricks are not returnable because the secret is told after we have sold the trick. Any returnable item, however, must be returned in sellable condition which means that it must be returned in the original condition in which it was sent, with all enclosures and any other item connected with the product. Many of the items in our catalog and in our shop are collectables, and we do not have control over their availability.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express Cards. We also accept personal and business checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. We do not ship C.O.D. Although we have a secure server and have taken additional security measures, we make no guarantees concerning the use of your credit card in ordering from us.
