Porter’s Liniment Salve

     My mother used Porter’s Salve for almost every calamity that occurred.  From cuts to insect bites, Mother reached for the white salve that seemed to cure everything.  Porter’s will stop the pain from a bee or wasp sting instantly, and it will prevent the sting area from getting sore, because it will draw the poison out.  Additionally, it will draw out splinters and bring boils to a head.  It will also stop the itch from mosquito bites instantly.

     Porter’s Liniment is also an antiseptic.  It will not only cure a cut, it will also prevent the cut from getting sore.

     If you have broken or split cuticles, then use Porter’s at night to solve that problem.

     Best of all, it’s made with natural materials, oil of cloves, camphor, oil of sassafras, myrrh, beeswax, and other natural products.
